Small, focused tools for the problems we run into ourselves: reading and playing AAF turnovers, delivery QC, audiobook QC. Free where we can, paid where they earn it.
Open a picture-to-sound AAF turnover and hear it without importing it into a DAW: a timeline with waveforms, fades and automation, with the reference picture kept in sync. Export the clips you select as audio files with handles, or a new AAF of just the tracks you chose.
Press space on an AAF in the Finder and read the turnover instantly: tracks, clips, timecode, markers, source audio, and what is wrong with it, from missing media to a file that stopped short. Then export a clean PDF to send with it.
A Markdown reader for the Mac. Press space on a README, a spec, or the plan your AI agent just wrote, and read it typeset. Pro Tools session info and EDLs open as readable reports too.
Delivery QC for post-production sound. Checks loudness and true peak against broadcast and streaming specs, stem-sum null, M&E dialogue bleed, channel integrity, and downmix consistency on WAV/BWF deliverables; writes JSON plus a self-contained HTML report, with AAF markers for timed issues.
QC triage for AI-narrated audiobook chapters. Lists what a QC reviewer is likely to catch, from mouth-click inhales, loud breaths and plosives to dropouts, hum, and words cut off where a generated clip ends, each with a time and a severity so you can go straight to it. Runs entirely on your machine; the Mac app has no network access at all.
